• Coordinate the MEICA construction process, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, industry standards, safety standards, and best practices.
• Supervise MEICA subcontractors, and vendors.
• Collaborate closely with the client stakeholders, addressing technical inquiries and ensuring MEICA systems align with their operational requirements.
• Ensure strict safety protocols and industry regulations on the construction site.
• Provide regular project updates, technical reports to the MEICA Installation Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• 10 years of experience in the planning and construction of waste to energy plants or major process industry / industrial / infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record in large scale projects, managing internal/ external stakeholders – HSE, QA, Subcontractors, Suppliers, Client, Authorities.
• Proficiency in planning, scheduling, and resource management
• Ability to identify and address construction challenges and issues promptly.
• Excellent organisational and problemsolving skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance requirements related to construction logistics.

Responsibilities

• Technical window for new product development.
• Involvement in developing the methodology for implementation of new and improved processes.
• Perform hands-on testing such as setting up the presses, moulds, process development and other engineering activities.
• Develop and document moulding processes, ensuring they meet all technical and quality standards, including DOE and process window study.
• Utilize scientific moulding principles to analyse and troubleshoot process issues, implementing corrective actions to improve efficiency and product quality.
• Preparation of process-related technical documentation, like FMEA, validation protocol, engineering report, evaluation processing parameters and data.
• Trial new tooling and equipment and make modifications as needed to meet quality and production goals.
• Liaison with customer engineering teams, incorporate customer engineering concepts, and ideas into feasible designs to fit facility/company manufacturing process.
• Use creative skills to assist in solving design or manufacturing issues or constraints. • Provide primary tooling component and packaging cost input for quotation of new business.
• Work closely with the internal engineering team and outside vendors in tooling, equipment, component and material development.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• 5 years of hands-on working experience and process DOE will be a plus. Experience in the Medical Device Manufacturing industry.
• Experience in LSR will be a plus.
• Experience in Minitab software will be a plus.
• ISO9001 and ISO13485 awareness certification will be a plus.
• Good communication skills.
• Lead the technical team and provide training where required.
• Able to liaise with customers and interact with relevant persons in technical discussions.

Project Management:

1. Assist Project Manager to plan overall schedule and tracking and prioritize job card sequence and methodology according to contractual requirements and onboard vessel/site condition.
2. Lead, manage and supervise project team on the execution of works as well as ensuring the delivery of assigned projects within the planned schedule.
3. Direct and plan sufficient resources of manpower, material, and equipment for the project team for meeting the targets according to contractual requirements.
4. Attend daily vessel coordination meetings with clients and prepare daily reports on progress.
5. Attend or chair meetings with clients, ship crews, vendors, and classifications of society for work scope clarification, permits to work systems compliance, schedule updates, working methodology planning, and any other contractual matters as required.

Contract and Cost Management:

1. Perform as organization representative and be responsible as per contractual requirements throughout project execution duration.

Knowledge and Skills:

1. Able to travel overseas, offshore on short notice and on a long-term basis.

IT INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEER RESPONSIBILITY:

The IT Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for the implementation, operation and maintenance of application infrastructure services that meet application requirements and business needs, and is aligned to Government’s policies, standards and procedures. The IT Infrastructure Engineer will get to:

• Engage stakeholders to translate business requirement into application infrastructure design and services to meet the intended availability, capacity, resiliency, security and continuity requirements;

• Forecast budget needed to support the project initiatives and maintenance contracts;

• Work with service providers to design, develop, deploy and configure IT application infrastructure projects to meet confidentiality, availability and data integrity needs;

• Ensure Agency’s Technical Architecture and application infrastructure are in compliance with IM8 and Agency’s IT Policies and Standards;
