• To assist in site supervision works.
• Coordinate internally with inter-department and externally with clients & consultants.
• Coordinating for the project planning, documentation and execution of works on site.
• Coordination,supervision & monitoring the progress of the project works on site,manpower mobilization, materials planning & ordering.
• Coordinate with the contractor, suppliers on all project implementation issues and attend site meetings when required.
• Assist in the preparation of the project schedule and coordinate for all submission.
• Responsible for the quality inspection of the bridge structure.
• Produce weekly site progress report and necessary submission.
• Attend meetings, conduct site inspection on work progress to ensure quality control in accordance to meet authority requirements.
• Ensure all legal requirements under Singapore laws are compiled and ensure all standard operating procedures comply with specifications quality standards statutory and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering/relevant studied recognized by PE Board, BCA or IES registered Resident Engineer (RE).
• Minimum 5 years’ working experiences in marine sector.
• Familiar with costing, contract, regulations and building operations.
• Oversee all site projects operations, functions, and requirements.
• Able to handle AutoCAD or relevant drawings submission.
• Required skill(s): MS Office, M.S. Project, AutoCAD.

Job Description:

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

The Commissioning Engineer will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the commissioning processes for data center projects. This role involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including vendors, contractors, and the construction team, to ensure that all systems are tested, validated, and fully operational according to project specifications.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Commissioning Plans: Develop commissioning sequences and plans according to project requirements.
• Scheduling: Create and analyze the testing and commissioning schedule, identifying the critical path.
• Equipment Testing: Coordinate on-site equipment testing with vendors, ensuring smooth setup.
• Activity Tracking: Monitor and track commissioning activities to maintain schedule adherence.
• Meetings: Lead weekly meetings with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to address progress and issues.
• Reporting: Issue weekly commissioning reports and maintain a tracker for script status.
• Issue Resolution: Log and resolve commissioning issues with vendors and contractors.
• FAT/SAT Leadership: Lead Factory and Site Acceptance Testing, ensuring successful outcomes.
• Documentation: Consolidate and validate daily testing reports.
• Logistics: Arrange equipment logistics for HLT and IST
• Project Close-Out: Resolve all commissioning issues and complete documentation for the OMM handover.

Job Requirements

1. Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in data center testing and commissioning.
2. Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of data center systems and equipment, including servers, storage, networking, power, cooling, fire protection, and security.
3. Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel for projects within Malaysia/Indonesia.

• Take the lead on AV initiatives and provide input for project procurement.
• Offer expert advice on project plans and layouts.
• Assist in the procurement of AV hardware and software, ensuring project needs are met.
• Plan, maintain, and monitor project timelines, intervening when necessary, and managing equipment storage and transportation.
• Perform rack and stack, onsite installation, upgrades, troubleshooting, and repair of AV equipment, networking, and other in-house projects at customer premises.
• Complete electrical wiring, trunking, programming, and basic construction setups (may require the use of a ladder).
• Manage, test, and commission CCTV, door access, ELV equipment, Bluetooth devices, and other necessary devices.
• Ensure timely completion of testing, configuration, staging, and upgrades for assigned projects.

• Ensure production and updating of documentation such as user guides, etc.
• Follow up with the finance department regarding costing and billing.
