Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the design, development, testing, and optimization of game server framework, business underlying modules, and logic modules.
• Responsible for the stability and efficiency optimization of the server framework.

Requirements

• Associate degree or above in computer-related major, with 3 years of game development experience.
• Proficient in C++/Golang/C#, familiar with Linux/Unix development environment, familiar with shell, system programming;
• Familiar with TCP/IP protocol, network programming, database programming (MySQL, Redis, SQL Server), familiar with Kafka;
• Good programming specifications and programming ideas, strong problem analysis and problem-solving spirit;
• Sense of responsibility and teamwork.
• Min 3 years working experience.
• Good verbal communications skills in mandarin due to the need to speak to Chinese speaking stakeholders

Scope of Work:

• Deploy scanners/printers/desktops as part of project requirements

• Responsible for the installation of computer hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboard, printers, scanners and other client devices on user's premises

• Investigate and research solutions for PC hardware and software problems

• Participate on Desk Side projects

• Adhere to attendance guidelines of the job and to departmental and company policies

• Any other tasks or works as and when requested & assigned by the Company

Key Qualifications/Requirements:

• Able to work in 24 X 7 shift rotation

• Experience in troubleshooting and managing Win10/11, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Active Directory,

basic networking, POS, scanner, printer, and other attached peripherals.

• Ability to perform PC hardware and software trouble-shooting with experience in the use of diagnostic programs and tools

• Good customer service and communication skills

• Ability to manage projects and provide status updates on weekly/ monthly basis

Responsibilities:

• To perform engineer’s role on method statement, implement cost & time efficiency on operation
• To checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
• To supervise site works compliances and inspection requirement
• To carry out daily site supervision, coordination and quality assurance of all trades implementation on site
• To work closely with sub-contractors on project progress and ensure timely work arrangements
• To scheduling materials and equipment purchases and deliveries
• To liaise with consultant and carry out site inspection
• Attend all site's meeting on work progression
• To prepare monthly meeting progression report

Requirements:

• Possess Degree in Civil Engineering
• 3 years working experience in Construction
• Able to work independently
• Have positive attitude

Scope of Work for Site Engineer

1. Planning and Coordination

• Assist in planning construction activities to meet project deadlines.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless workflow.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives.

2. Site Supervision

• Oversee daily on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Monitor progress and provide updates to project management teams.
• Manage labor and subcontractors to ensure productivity and adherence to schedules.

3. Quality Control

• Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and issue corrective actions when necessary.
• Prepare and maintain quality control documentation.

4. Technical Responsibilities

• Interpret and implement construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Identify and resolve technical issues on-site.
• Supervise installation and commissioning of structural, mechanical, and electrical systems (if applicable).

5. Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Compliance

• Enforce adherence to safety regulations and standards on-site.
• Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks for on-site personnel.
• Address and mitigate potential environmental and safety risks.

6. Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain detailed records of work progress, issues, and changes.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure documentation is properly archived for future reference.

7. Material Management

• Coordinate the procurement and delivery of construction materials.
• Monitor inventory and ensure the availability of required materials on time.
• Verify the quality and quantity of materials delivered to the site.

8. Communication

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the site team and project management.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve any site-related issues.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding project progress and challenges.

9. Budget and Cost Control

• Assist in monitoring project costs and budgets.
• Identify potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Report any cost deviations or overruns to the project management team.

10. Problem-Solving

• Address and resolve unexpected issues or challenges arising during construction.
• Propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.

11. Handover and Close-Out

• Supervise final inspections and ensure completion of snag lists.
• Ensure all as-built drawings, manuals, and other documents are provided to the client.
• Assist in project handover and obtain client acceptance.

Essential Functions (Responsibilities):

- Develop and grow key accounts in the Oil & Gas sector, Pharmaceutical and other industrial sectors contribute company growth objectives in Singapore.

- Provide technical sales support and consultation to clients for the sale of electrical products in order to develop business opportunities and penetrate clients.

- Perform all aspects of selling to maintain and develop new or existing customers including: take-offs, project quotations, closing orders, preparation of submittals and resolving customer problems.

- Meet or exceed budgeted sales and gross margin targets with assigned accounts.

- Focus on identifying specific technical requirements of customers while simultaneously collecting commercial and competitive information associated with each account

- Cultivate effective long-term relationships at all levels of the customer organization.

- Attain expert knowledge of products, electrical goods market and competition.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Formal Electrical Engineering qualification (Diploma/Certification)

- Strong technical and commercial background.

- Minimum 1 to 2 years of proven sales experience to industrial customers

- Electrical product knowledge

- Very strong consultative selling, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

- Resourceful and results-oriented.
