Job Description:

• Analyse the needs of users, design, test and develop the software solutions to meet those needs by utilizing the principals of computer science and information technology.
• To provide flexible solutions to integrated applications, recommend upgrades for existing network, systems and programs, and to ensure any new product integrations are hassle free.
• Analyse product requirements and implementation of feasible solutions to meet these requirements
• Update exsisting software, to enhance software capabilities, develop and take charge of software testing and validation procedures while ensuring the continued functionality of a program during maintenance and testing phase
• Document each aspect of a system or application as a reference for future upgrades and maintenance
• Revisit the development process to fix bugs or address client or consumer concerns, supporting existing data patches and enhancements.
• Work with the business analysts and users to ensure policy premiums are calculated as required.
• Work with computer engineers to integrate anyhardware and software systems to develop specifications and performance requirements.
• Involved in UAT deployment and support, as well as support End to End Intergration testing.
• Handle chnage requests and delivering them sucessfully in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of revalant experience
• Preferbly with experiences in the healthcare/insurance industry with functional knowledge

• We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Test Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our operations system through testing and continuous improvement. If you are passionate about quality assurance, have an eye for detail, and are eager to grow in the field of software testing, we would love to hear from you!
• Ensure the highest quality of our operations system by developing and executing tests to detect and report any errors in the product.
• Develop suitable testing plans and frameworks that align with our customers' needs.
• Coordinate with various functions and teams to incorporate necessary product changes.

Responsibilities:

• The role involves writing test cases, preparing and creating test data, executing and retesting test cases.
• Able to leveraging on inhouse GenAI for test case creation and enrichment
• Ensure test runs and results are completed within the given time frame.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate software functionality against requirements and specifications.
• Identify, report, and track software defects and issues.
• Perform functional, performance, security, and regression testing of software products.
• Report test results and defects to the development team and other stakeholders, and work on their resolution.
• Provide suggestions and feedback to improve the quality of the software development process across teams.
• Stay updated with the latest testing tools, techniques, and methodologies.
• You will work closely with the Testing Centre of Excellence (COE) to enhance testing processes and standardize testing practices across operations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in computer science, engineering, or similar technical certifications.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in testing, quality assurance, or similar roles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, an analytical mindset, and strong communication skills.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in testing tools such as JIRA, Selenium, Appium, and other testing frameworks.
• Certifications such as ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) and CSTE (Certified Software Tester).

Job Responsibilities:

• Design electrical systems for construction projects, including power distribution, lighting, and safety systems.
• Prepare detailed electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Conduct load calculations and electrical system analysis to ensure efficiency and compliance with codes.
• Collaborate with architects and other engineers to integrate electrical systems into overall project designs.
• Review and approve electrical contractor submittals, shop drawings, and material samples.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor the progress of electrical installations and ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues that arise during construction and commissioning phases.
• Ensure that all electrical systems are installed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with local codes and standards.
• Prepare progress reports and documentation for project management and stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proven experience with electrical design and installation for large-scale projects.
• Familiarity with project management and coordination with contractors and subcontractors.
