The position is part of our Cyber Fusion Center’s SOC team and is responsible for real time security event monitoring and security incident investigation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Investigate and review computer intrusions focusing on initial infection vector determination, identification of new indicators of compromise (IOC), and tactics, techniques, and procedures in support of threat detection and remediation.
• Continuously monitor security alerts queue and perform initial triage to identify any false positives and initiate improvement as necessary.

About the Job

You will ensure high availability, performance, and security of Linux, Windows, storage clusters, and virtualization (VMWare, Kubernetes).

• Optimize infrastructure health through performance tuning, security hardening, patching, updates, and scalability assessments.
• Promote Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for automated provisioning and configuration.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for CI pipelines and deployment processes.
• Implement monitoring solutions to track infrastructure performance, logs, and application health.

Requirements

You will need min 6 years of hands-on, professional experience in IT operations, infrastructure management, software development, or a related field.

• Proven experience managing and supporting critical services across Linux, Windows, and middleware platforms.
• Strong background in Linux system administration and management.
• Expertise in Windows Server administration, including Active Directory (AD), Group Policy (GP), and Windows-based infrastructure services.
• Extensive experience with virtualization platforms (e.g., ESXi) and container orchestration (e.g., Docker).
• Practical knowledge of network and software-defined storage technologies (e.g., Ceph, NAS, NFS).
• Proficiency in CI/CD processes, automation tools (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins), and deployment workflows.
• Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring, alerting, and logging tools (e.g., ELK Stack, Grafana, Loki, Prometheus).

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in scripting and automation with Bash, Python, Shell, PowerShell, Go, YAML.

• Familiarity with hardware storage technologies (DAS, FC, iSCSI, RAID, SAS, RAID).
• Experience with common IT integrations (LDAP, SIEM, SMTP, REST).

ABOUT THE JOB

• Create, review, and revise cGMP documents such as batch records and SOPs.
• Create and manage change records.
• Develop technical training materials and conduct technical training for production staff.
• Support the technology transfer of new products/processes, including field testing.
• Create, review, revise, and approve technical reports and engineering documents such as URS, FS, SDS, and P&IDs.
• Design, procure, commission, and qualify new equipment.
• Work effectively as part of a team responsible for ensuring successful and efficient production processes for recombinant proteins

ABOUT YOU
