Sales Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Establish and expand the customer network for Industrial Sensors, Power Supplies, Cables, Transducers, RFID, Vision Cameras and Networks
• Acquire new customers in the Semicon, Life Science, Automation/Robotics, F&B, Metal Working and Packaging industry
• Manage and grow Key Accounts
• Responsible for major customers, drive revenue and profit
• Evaluate customer requests and propose appropriate solutions
• Identify new opportunities, drive new business development and work out solutions for the customer with the technical support team
• Drive & conduct Roadshow/Product Seminar/Technology Day regularly & Project management
• Update customers with new products launch
• Promote and Market products and solutions
• Ensure existing customers satisfaction, reorder and customer retention

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Industrial Engineering, Automation, Controls or related fields
• At least 3 years relevant sales application experience
• Good English (spoken and written)
• Good product and application knowledge in Industrial Automation
• Good communication/Negotiation skill
• Customer orientated
• Versatile in utilizing CRM (preferably C4C - SAP Cloud for customer) and SAP system

• Knowledge on Internet Technologies (i.e. routing, switching and general network infrastructure), and technologies associated with the ISP market
• Possess robust analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for addressing technical and operational challenges
• Skilled in network operations and maintenance, enthusiastic about offering troubleshooting assistance.
• Preference for IT audit experience or certification in CISA/CISM, operational risk management, self-assessment of control, prior implementation of security solutions, and information security governance experience.
• Enterprise Data Network (administration, patching, upgrade and migration activities), Design, Preparing of HLD/LLD, Implementation Team leading, Service Level management, demand, incident, change management.
• Cisco/Aruba Networking and Wireless LAN.
• DDI, AAA/Cisco Identity Services Engine
• Python & Ansible for Automating Networks
• As Built, LLD, Testing & Acceptance Testing Documentation Skills
• ZScaler & Network Security
• Certification: Comparable to CCNP/CCDA
• Meraki, Palo alto, f5 loadbalancer, UTP
• Provide network WAN/LAN design, implementation, consulting, Cisco, Aruba, Juniper
• Conduct a network audit to pinpoint any deficiencies and propose appropriate solutions. Assisting with RFP/RFI reply.
• Experience in running operations with ITIL processes / Project Management - PMP

• Design new solutions or fixes to enhance existing applications using web-enabled development programs using Java, Angular,SQL/Oracle, XML, and similar or other web services and service-oriented tools.
• Development experience with Java, J2EE, Spring, Springboot, Angular
• Strong development skills using Java and Spring Framework.
• Strong RDBMS skills using SQL,Oracle.
• Stron expereince in Angular.JS and Javascript
• Experience in Python development.
• Participate in the final phases of deploying and performance tuning of the application and help identify performance bottlenecks and suggest work-around
• Manage ad-hoc requests and multiple projects simultaneously while operating in a high tempo environment with ever-changing priorities and tasks.
• Proficient with popular frameworks such as Django, Flask, or Pyramid.
• Design, develop and implement new applications, enhancements, and new features to our products
• Prepare accurate and detailed requirement specification documents, user guides, and functional specification documents

• Plan, build and optimize infrastructure setup, design and performance.
• Manage backend information systems, including of virtual machines and virtualization platform, including of network storage, backup, Fibre channel switches.
• In-depth experience in Linux administration. Need to be expert level
• Strong understanding of High Availability setup for Linux/Windows applications (etc. webs, database)
• Strong network fundamentals – IPv4/IPv6 – addressing, NAT, Routing
• Network and Systems troubleshooting and maintenance
• Good to have disaster recovery planning and execution
• Private cloud administration experience is a must – VMWare / Hypervisor
• In-depth experience in DNS, DHCP, Proxies, Linux firewalls & network security is a must.
• Maintain and Administer Security Appliances of different projects
• Design and propose a plan that will improve the hosting service of the Data Center
