Core Responsibilities
1. Assist PM in project planning, implementation and coordination all construction works on site in accordance to master and detail work programme
2. Prepare, plan and submit project related documents
3. Supervise the execution of the construction works and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with contract specification, construction drawing, company quality standards, ESH practises and all other contract documents
4. Attend regular meetings with client, consultants or subcontractor ensure the progress is on schedule
5. Coordinate with client, relevant authorities, consultant, subcontractor, suppliers etc on all project aspects and need be to provide technical and non-technical resolutions followed by documentations
6. Liaise with client or consultant for site inspection, submission of necessary technical reports and ensure necessary records are maintained at site. Assist Contract Department (QS) in verifying progress payments and claims from contractors
Job Requirements
1. Degree in Civil Engineering (Recognised by Singapore Professional Engineers Board PEB)
2. At least 5 years local working experience
