• Take charge of all aspects of electrical engineering in the design of electrical power distribution system, switchboard, MCC and control

· Develop & review electrical related drawings, e.g. Single Line Diagram, MCC Schematic, Equipment layout, Cable ladder/tray routing layout

· Knowledge in Onshore/ Offshore standards (IEC, NEMA, IEEE & API)

· Prepare Electrical Load Analysis & List

· Familiar with Short-Circuit and Voltage Drop calculation

· Prepare & review Electrical MTO for projects

· Review Electrical equipment’s datasheet

· Strong knowledge in Low voltage MCC/Switchgear, UPS, VSD/VFD & Transformers

· Prepare specification for LV Switchgear, MCC, Transformers & VSD/VFD’s

• Reviewing of customers' specifications and drawings
• Define specifications and scope of work to contractors
• Execution of projects.
• Startup, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting of plants.
• Develop engineering capabilities and work with sales team on project proposal and bidding

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent recognized by Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore
• Able to read & understand line diagram and generate Bill of Materials from single line diagram
• Knowledge on control, schematics, motor controls and materials take-off
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office
• Knowledge in Mitsubishi / Siemens / Schneider / Omron PLC software would be an added advantage
• Able to take on numerous challenging tasks while simultaneously meeting high standards and deadlines / vision
• Able to communicate effectively in English at all levels, both verbally and in written reports

7. Review project specifications, tender classification and construction drawings.

9. Assist project manager in daily works.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Sewer Engineering approved by PE board.
• Min 4 years' Experience
• Experience in water pipe and best knowledge in laying water pipe
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.

Reporting to Project Head, you will be responsible for managing the full project execution in terms of scope, cost, schedule and quality. With strong project planning, cost control and time management skills, you will be overseeing a team of sub-contractors and working with various internal and external parties.

Job Description:

• Manage the full spectrum of project execution in terms of project scope, cost, schedule and quality from initial preparation stage until complete handover.
• Planning, cost control, work measurement and collection of performance data such as installed quantities, spent labour and other progress measurement data.
• Manages and tracks all changes, potential changes, ensuring estimated cost and schedule changes are given visibility to relevant parties.
• Provide regular reports inclusive of cost and schedule data to the top management.
• Works independently on complex project risk assessment issues, manage conflict, and provide resolution using a combination of technical skills, leadership, teamwork and people management skills.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum diploma holder in Engineering, Project Management, and other relevant majors.
• Experience to handle large and complex project in automation, logistics equipment and system, etc.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Controls management relating to cost, scheduling and estimating at a project level.
• Knowledge of contracts and contract administration including its assessment and implementation at each phase of the project.
• Demonstrated ability to work with project teams to influence and achieve desired results.
• Proficiency in MS Office (spreadsheets, word processing, presentations, graphics) and Project Controls software.
• MUST be willing to travel for overseas project (Travel frequency 50%- 70%)

As a Service Engineer, you have to :

• Attend to equipment fault at customers’ premises.
• Liaise with the customer and sub-contractors regarding all aspect on the add-on project activities.
• Monitor the progress of the work done closely in order to ensure that the schedule and quality of work are met.
• Ensure that all materials and equipment are delivered on time as per schedule for site installation or rectification of fault.
• To carry out periodic maintenance for our customers.

You should :

• Possess a Diploma in Electronics and/or Electrical Engineering.
• 2-3 years’ hands-on experience in troubleshooting of card access systems, alarm systems, CCTV, etc.
• With good interpersonal communication skills.
• Have a valid Class 3 license.
• Be ready for rotating stand-by duty.
