Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure for our clients. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability of our systems to support organizational needs.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day Operations and administration on IT network & security infrastructure. Perform and provide primary network support roles and responsibilities.
• Design, configure, and manage LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Configure and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.).
• Ensure network security by implementing firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT network engineering and/or network security with IT Infrastructure System Integrator companies.
• Must be able to provide rotational standby on-call support after normal office hour for escalated IT networking & security incidents.
• Demonstrated Networking professional trainings and preferably certifications from major industry players such as Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Checkpoint and etc is highly desirable.
• At least 3 years’ hands-on technical experience in installing, configuring and supporting network equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless devices, load balancers and VPNs, and other associated task such as the followings:

a) Proxy servers preferably Symantec Bluecoat ProxySG

b) Checkpoint & ASA Firewalls Administration, Configuration & Troubleshooting

c) Cisco Core Switch Administration, Configuration & Troubleshooting

d) Cisco/Dell Hub-Switches Administration, Configuration & Troubleshooting

e) RSA Administration

f) FortiGate VPN Administration.

g) F5 and Fortinet LB Administration, Configuration & Troubleshooting

h) Checking of Daily Network Utilization/Monitoring (PRTG)

i) Structured Cabling, Routing/switching and data network solutioning i.e. using Cisco, DELL, Checkpoint, Fortinet, Aruba, F5 network equipment.

j) Virtualisation and VPN users issue troubleshooting.

• In-depth knowledge of network & security technologies / protocols like DNS, LDAP, syslog, NTP, SNMP, SSH, HTTPS, AAA, SMTP, etc.
• Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and networking tools (Wireshark, Nagios).
• Strong understanding of network security and performance optimization.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of network automation using scripting (Python, PowerShell).
• Familiarity with SDN and virtualization technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures that all facility equipment is well maintained, no overdue PM and calibration, equipment down time is minimized, equipment utilization is optimized and appropriate safety procedures are carried out.
• Conducts root cause analysis on process and equipment maintenance related issues and ensures that corrective and preventive actions are successfully implemented within the given timeframe.
• Involves in plant assets management, calibration supplier control, calibration and preventive maintenance scheduling, job plans and work order tracking.
• Ensures that all equipment spares and consumable parts are adequate to support manufacturing operations.
• Lead and drives Lean, Six Sigma, Total Productive Maintenance, Business Excellent projects to minimize waste, reduce product defects, cost reductions and equipment maintenance enhancement.
• Manages projects and supports equipment installation qualification and revalidation activities.
• Ensures that technicians are trained and proficiently supporting manufacturing according to updated SOPs and adhere to GMP, GDP and safety requirements.

Quality Management System
