Key Responsibilities

Backend Development

• Design, develop, and maintain microservices architecture using .NET Core and .NET 8.

COTS Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Assist Business Analysts (BA) in the elaboration of user stories.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) to develop test automation scripts and address bug fixes.

• Lead the build-and-deploy technicians and provide training as necessary
• Responsible for software and asset management (including asset disposal, commissioning, and decommissioning)

• Perform laptop imaging
• Resolves issues related to desktop computing, software, and hardware
• Support all end-user BAU activities such as software upgrades, patching, computer imaging, deploying build images and software using InTune

• Manage IT assets purchase orders, delivery, and installation with 3rd party supplier

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in IT environment
• Excellent knowledge in troubleshooting on Windows, Mac, operating system.

• Ability to stay calm under pressure and very well organized in advancing tasks assigned.
• Ability to communicate and supervise 3rd party vendor effectively
