Operational

• Manage daily operations and events.
• Monitors equipment and inventory levels and takes appropriate action.
• Handle ordering and inventory control.
• Handle guest complaints, enquiries and feedbacks.
• Establish good rapport with guests, maintain good customer relations, and handle guest feedback promptly and efficiently.

Training / People

• Training and supervising the junior team members achieve guest satisfaction, operations efficiency and productivity
• Conducts briefing in the absence of the managers as required to communicate effectively to the F&B team to ensure that they are kept current on pertinent hotel information and activities

Financial & Administration

• Prepare reports as required by management.
• Comply to workplace safety and health regulations and ensure that all stalls are trained in WSH practices.

Job Description :

• Familiar with hotel product knowledge and activities.
• Promote the Hotel’s products and services
• Maximize room sales and revenue for the hotel, prioritizing up-selling.
• Comply with set rooms supply and price control.
• Ensure that all reservation information in correspondences and reservations system is accurate
• Process amendments to reservations such as extensions, early departures, etc.
• Always maintain a sales attitude, not losing any sales opportunity in the hotel.
• Processing and follow-up of all FIT and Group reservations.
• Communicates and process No-Show/Cancellation charge or refund.
• Determine guests’ needs and provide recommendation accordingly
• Maintain and update guests’ information and sales data by reservation procedures.
• Maintain high level guest service standards.
• Keep close attention to team members’ requirements, including attention to every team member’s workload and duties, to fulfil operation needs.
• Maintain clean and tidy work areas at all times.
• Comply with all company policies relating to reservations.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· Singaporeans only

· At least 1 year experience in a similar capacity in the Hospitality industry

· Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.

· Knowledge in Opera PMS is preferred

· Good communication skills (written and oral)

· Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

· 5 days work week (on rotating shifts & able to work on weekends/Public Holidays)

The Company

With Singapore being their global headquarter, they are partnering with us to look for a hands-on Financial Accountant to overlook the regional consolidation and tax matters for the region.

The Role
Reporting to Regional Finance Controller, this role will play key role in managing the regional consolidation of subsidiaries and entities for the group and report to senior management team. You will also be involved in tax support and advise on tranfer pricing matters in the region. Additionally, you will also take part in continuous process improvement and ad-hoc projects such as new system implementation.

Your Profile
To be a successful candidate, you must have:

• Degree in Accounting or ACCA qualified
• At least 5 years of audit or commercial consolidation exposure.
• Experience with F&B or inventory related industry is highly preferred.
• Additionally, u must be a detailed orient, inquisitive who demonstrate effective communication skills to liaise with multinational stakeholders.
• SAP system knowledge will be additional bonus.

Must be able to professionally cook great Vietnamese cuisines and come up with enticing cuisines menu items.
