Our company is seeking an experienced food production manager to oversee our food production operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing staff, overseeing production processes, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Be sure to list the daily tasks, such as supervising production, managing inventory, and overseeing quality control, and other key duties. You will oversee delivery and development of the food offer and services, both in the restaurants and hospitality services supporting commercial initiatives, innovation, and team development.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain production schedules and processes to ensure optimum productivity and efficiency

• Hire, train, and manage production staff, including setting and monitoring performance goals

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement product launches

• Create and maintain inventory records and manage raw material inventory levels

• Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and industry standards, including HACCP

• Identify and address production issues and area(s) for improvement

• Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery in production facilities

• Prepare production reports and communicate with upper management regarding production goals and results

• To ensure the prompt and efficient preparation and service in all food areas to the company’s standard and to the customers’s satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily on-site inspection, personal hygiene checks, products checking and sample retention.
• Follow and assist in lab test sampling schedule
• Assists in ISO 22000:2018 manual updated, and implement to operation.
• Responsible for the compliance with MUIS Halal Standards, application and renewal of Halal Certification.
• Assists in checking records, documents, and files.
• Attended to external auditors and internal auditors; assist for internal audit (central kitchen, retail outlets and supplier audit)
• Attended to pest programmes, follow up and rectification.
• Follow and enhanced developed SOPs
• Assist in develop food safety training materials and assessment plan.
• Detect any non-conformance and rectification immediately.
• Any other ad-hoc projects assigned by superior.

Requirements

• A level, Diploma or equivalent, in Food Science/ Technology/ any related standard
• Possess knowledge in SFA regulation, ISO 22000, Halal/ any other related standard
• Able to multitask and work within timeline
• Good communication skills
• Team player, proactive and meticulous in work
• Willing to work in the West

Job Description:As the Region Manager for Frozen Food in Asia, you will be responsible for driving sales, marketing, and operations within the region. You will oversee the business development, distribution, and profitability of frozen food products across multiple countries in Asia. This is a leadership role where you will manage a team, develop and execute regional strategies, and work closely with key stakeholders to ensure the company’s continued success in Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement regional sales and operational strategies to achieve business goals, market expansion, and growth targets for frozen food products in Asia.
• Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and drive market entry strategies for new countries or regions within Asia.
• Sales & Revenue Growth: Manage and expand relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers to drive sales growth.
• Product Management: Ensure alignment between regional market needs and product offerings. Collaborate with R&D and supply chain teams to ensure product quality and availability.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of sales, marketing, and operations professionals in the region.

• Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams across multiple countries and functions.
• Business Acumen: Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make data-driven decisions.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of additional Asian languages (Mandarin, Hindi, Japanese, etc.) is a plus.

Job Description

• Delivering Company’s products and complete errands as directed by the Logistics Manager.
• Responsible for the proper loading and unloading of Company’s products in accordance to the Company’s guidelines, rules and regulations.
• Ensure that the food delivery are in accordance to the Management’s plan and the customers’ requirements.
• Handling and dispatching of Company’s equipment or as directed.
• Provide support to delivery assistants in ensuring that all necessary items and equipment for food delivery and event are prepared and ready for use.
• Responsible for the maintenance and the general cleanliness of the vehicles.
• Responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the food delivery equipment.
• Administrative tasks include updating the usage of the assigned cash card and petrol card.

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Class 3 license.
• Minimum 2 years driving experience.
• Well-groomed and neat appearance.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner.
• Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 1.00pm.
