Looking for Full-Time F&B Service Crew

5.5 Days week

- Ensure that opening and closing procedures for the store are met and up to company standards

- Provide prompt and courteous service to customers

- Assist customers with queries and orders

- Help to execute marketing promotions

- Simple cleaning of the kiosk (small area)

- Practice good hygiene and maintain store's cleanliness and tidiness

- Account for daily & monthly sales performance of the store and provide feedback on sales improvement plans.

- Check and maintain stock quantity and inform the manager when it is low

- Engage with customers, take feedback and complaints and escalate them when they occur.

- ⁠Candidates with food handling certificates will be prioritised
