About the Role:

To maintain the service education system for trainers and distributors. This includes training on repair processes, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, as well as introducing new products by preparing training schedules and materials. Responsibilities:

This position requires the candidate to work closely with the Operations and Client Service team. This position will provide customer care services to students and their parents, as well as operational support for the team.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Plan monthly enrichment programme schedules and holiday camps for all schools.
• Liaise between schools and enrichment programme vendors to confirm the schedule.
• Inform respective schools to broadcast the available enrichment programme to the parents.
• Handle parents’ queries, feedback and enrolment promptly and professionally.
