Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Service Engineer in the Marine or Oil & Gas industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in mechanical and electrical systems, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairing marine and offshore equipment.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as STCW, OPITO, or equivalent are preferred.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure in challenging environments.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel and work offshore as required.

Working Hours: 6 days work week
Rotating Shift: 6.30am to 11pm

Duties:

· Deliver high standards of customer service during order taking, cashiering and food presenting

· Basic preparation of raw ingredients such as washing, peeling, chopping and cutting.

· Re-arrange walk chiller and freezer raw materials based on First In First Out (FIFO)

· Maintain accurate labeling and dating of all ingredients

· Manage and maintain inventory levels, including tracking, recording and restocking

Requirement:

· 1 year F&B experience in noodle cooking/ western cuisine

· Available to work a rotating schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays

· Food hygiene training and certification are mandatory

· Singaporeans only
