· Design and produce printing artworks/FA according to customers’ requirement

· Handle telephone calls and emails

· Ensure diligent follow up, negotiate and close sales with customers

· Provide administrative support to sales team inclusive of preparing sales quotation, issuing of job sheet, artwork approval, etc and filing of documents

· Coordinate timely delivery of goods

· Liaise with production on print job requirement

-Be familiar with SOPs in preparation of all products and oversee in the managing of daily operations of outlet.

To ensure all SOPs are consistently maintained in the restaurant.

-Ensure operations of the restaurant comply to regulations concerning food safety, hygiene standards and other requirements.

-In charge of liaising with the delivery platforms to ensure smooth fulfilment of orders and low wastage. Working with the platforms on various marketing campaigns in order to improve our sales.

-Devise strategies for brand and product awareness and execute social media marketing campaign.

-Implement all new SOPs whenever there are new or changes to our products as directed by management.

-In charge of recruitment and hiring of service crew, leaders, including full time and part timers. Work with HR on manpower needs.

-Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management

-Assigned duties may be adjusted depending on prevailing evolving needs of the company.

F&B - min 3 years experience

Working Days/Time

4 days work week (included one weekend)-10am-9.45pm (split shift)-$1850.00

5 days work week (included one weekend)-10.30am-9.45pm (split shift)- $2200.00

Role and Responsibilities
• Greet customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude
• Help customers to settle down and also take their orders by answering questions about the menu.
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness daily by clearing tables, returning trays to the kitchen, sweeping, mopping floors & sanitizing
• Handle guests’ concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to restaurant policy.
• Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing a uniform and adhering to a corporate dress code.

Work Experience requirement
• 1 to 2 years of hospitality related experience
• Or even with no experience but with the passion for the industry
