• Handle customer inquiry/tender for our products and services
• Process quotation and sales order on day to day basis
• Provide admin support to Sales and Technical Support Team to achieve sales
• Lead and manage assigned tender for submission that meets customer requirement
• Track and report on submitted quotation and tender status
• Monitor and keep clients informed on the progress of order as required
• Lead and conduct Contract Review of an order received from assigned accounts to ensure timely delivery
• Maintenance and preparation of presentation material, product information
• Assist in preparation of management reports on general activities and expected turnover and market trends
• To manage customer feedback and maintain relationship with the customers
• To act as a central point of contact for the customer on assigned orders/jobs and take a pro-active approach to customer liaison

You will be responsible for management of day-to-day operations of clinics to maintain optimal operating function in performing the below responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities

• Registration of patients, scheduling appointments, dispensing medications and consumables and payment collection
• General administrative duties in the clinic assigned by the Clinic Manager/Supervisor
• Update medical billings/invoices
• Responsible for monthly stock take of medical drugs and consumables
• Assist Doctor in performing simple clinical duties such as taking temperature, height, weight, swabs, ECG.
• Housekeeping to maintain cleanliness of the clinic.
• Willing to work shifts (morning / afternoon / night shift)

Job Requirements

• Possess professional certificate or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Diploma or NITEC qualifications
• Minimum 1 Year work experience
• Possess customer service skills in communications and relating well to people

Job Responsibilities:

• To solve practical problems, maintain accuracy and quality, while carrying out responsibilities with minimal supervision
• Able to determine optimal tooling and cutting parameters based on material and setup
• Able to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, drawings, routing instructions, manuals, and specifications
• Able to understand GD&T and apply it during the programming process
• Able to understand, design and implement work holding for manufacturing processes
• Plan and execute manufacturing processes individually or as a team
• Work individually or as a team on continuous improvement efforts
• Maintain revision and quality control on programs, tool sheets, and setup documentation
• Able to do maintenance for the CNC Machine
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Diploma/Degree in Engineering or relevant qualification
• Possess minimum 1-2 years working experience in related industry
• Possess good machining knowledge and strong programming fundamentals
• Proficient in Siemens NX
