Job Description & Requirements
Key roles and responsibilities of a Food Court operations executive may include:
· Ensuring that the Food Court is clean and hygienic is a crucial part of the job. This involves monitoring the cleanliness of the food stalls and common areas, as well as ensuring that vendors follow proper food handling and preparation procedures.
· Operations executives must build strong relationships with the vendors who operate within the Food Court. This involves addressing any issues or concerns that vendors may have, such as disputes over stall locations or maintenance issues.
· It is important to maintain high food quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction and safety. Operations executive must ensure that all vendors are following proper food safety and handling procedures and that the food served is of high quality.
· Operations executives must have good communication and customer service skills to address any complaints or concerns raised by customers.
· Managing the finances is another key responsibility. This may involve handling payments and fees, monitoring the expenses and revenue (if any).
· Operations executives must ensure that the Food Court complies with all relevant regulations, such as health and safety regulations and local bylaws.
· In addition to the above responsibilities, an operation executive also supports the operations manager in various tasks. This may include assisting with the preparation of reports, conducting market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and assisting with the planning and execution of events and promotions to attract more customers to the centre.
· Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the operations manager.
Requirements :
· Proficient in Microsoft / Computing skills or email
· At least 2 year of relevant experience will be advantage
· Training will be provided
· Proficient in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese speaking associates)
· Candidate who can start immediately or on short notice would be preferred
