Kinwei Technology Group Pte Ltd is a general distributor of SK Hynix which is a leading DRAM manufacturer worldwide. To cope with the expansion need, we are looking for a dynamic talent to join our growing team.

Location: Close to Ubi MRT/ Ubi Road 2

Working hours: 9 am to 6 pm (Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities:

1. Perform Customer Service Relationship matters and liaison with the Warehouse in Hong Kong.
2. Procurement from vendor and perform quotations to customer.
3. Handle escalation, dispute and issue raised by customer or vendor.
4. Co-ordinate with oversea agents & shipper for arranging shipments
5. Ensure SOP compliance by overseas agent and customer specific SOPs.
6. Update shipment data into systems.
7. Co-ordinationwith contactor for transport pick up and deliveries
8. Verification of the completeness and accuracy of all forwarding documents, including obtain dangerous goods approval from carrier where necessary.
9. Correspond and follow up on emails timely.
10. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• Diploma/ degree in related discipline
• Minimum 1 years of experience within the trading industry (preferred; not a must)
• Candidates with good knowledge of Singapore FRS preferred
• Hands-on experience in managing overall CRS functions
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Bilingual is must (mandarin & english).
• Good knowledge and familiar with ERP software is a plus
• Able to work independently
