Job Description:

Technical Tasks:

• Performs installation & provides basic technical training when neccessary (Mainly Workplace infrastructure - WPI products: Medical Pendents & Lights / Gas Management solutions)
• Perform related upgrades / Technical Service Bulletin from factory instructions to ensure devices / equipment are up to date.

Service Operational Tasks:

• Escalate quality-related situation, market dynamics and issues from field to the Service management in his country
• Monitor and drive completion of monthly maintenance tasks and paperwork for assigned customers’ accounts

Service Commercial-related Tasks:

• Makes constant efforts for contract development and implementation of Service programs
• Any other additional duties deemed appropriate by Service Manager

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec in Engineering/Electronics or Equivalent
• 2-3 years of technical experience preferable in after sales support in medical industry, or Workplace Infrastructure related sector

Our client, a leading player in the food industry, is looking for suitable talents for their growing business as Junior Sales Account Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead sales execution, demand / pricing strategies, and forecasting to deliver outstanding commercial performance in Southeast Asia.
• Develop and pursue new business opportunities aligned with the company's strategic objectives for the region.
• Collaborate with other departments to manage shipments and delivery schedules, export/import documentation, product quality, and to resolve client issues.
• Serve as the primary contact point between the company and the clients.
• Build and sustain strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders.
• Lead initiatives and projects, as necessary, to improve product portfolio performance, channel penetration, and market segmentation.
• Represent the company at industry functions, events, and meetings to enhance brand visibility and cultivate connections.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field.
• Proven track record in sales, with at least 1 to 3 years of sales experience.
• Background from food commodities/food trading industry will be ideal.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of the meat/food industry and market trends.
• Willing to travel as required, mainly in Southeast Asia.
