Schutz Singapore Pte Ltd is a subsidiary of Schutz GmbH & Co, KGaA, Germany - a leading manufacturer of composite Intermediate Bulk Container and HDPE drums for the filling, storage and transportation of liquids.
We supply our Packaging systems to many of the world's leading chemical, petrochemical, Petroleum, Food & Beverage and Bio-Chemicals manufacturers throughout South East Asia and rest of the world.
Our Singapore plant is seeking a professional personnel who is driven by a strong passion to succeed to fill the vacancy of a Customer Service Executive.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES :
· To support supply chain in all sales and after sales to ensure customer satisfaction
· To answer all customer interactions by phone and email on product related enquiries, product specifications and to ensure sales dept KPI are met and achieved
· To ensure and follow up with customer for all delivery schedule and deadline
· Maintain Customer up to date database accuracy
· Create sales orders in SAP system and ensure customer deliveries are made on time
· Ensure sales invoicing link to customer sales orders and rebates are properly accounted
· Adhere to Company’s certification body standards ie ISO
-Undertake any other assignments by superior or General Manager
REQUIREMENTS :
- Computer literate with knowledge of SAP
- Keen interest in service excellence
- Resourceful, responsible and performance oriented
-Excellent work attitude, team player, proactive and independent.
- Salary will commensurate with relevant experience.
