DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operations

• Responsible for sourcing qualified tenants / food types to fill up vacant stalls and to ensure that all vacant stalls are filled
• Propose activities according to market needs.
• Take immediate and appropriate collection/legal actions for recovery of debt (e.g. Stall rental etc.) and minimise credit losses
• Able to handle daily sales settlement
• Work with Business Development and Project to identify potential new business opportunities, sites, source, build and renovate
• Responsible for the financial and operational performance of the Food court and Coffeeshop of designated area
• Work with senior management and financial team on outlets’ budgets.
• Establish overall business plans and provide regular reports on area performance, sales and financial budget analysis to senior management
• Provide solutions to improve the bottom line to outlet’s Profit and Loss.
• Maintain and improve established quality and service standards
• Develop employees by providing ongoing feedback for operational improvement and establishing performance expectations

Administration

• Review staff performance and provide recommendation on staff confirmation, promotion and training to enhance their work performance.
• Handle disciplinary issues, grievances, disputes and work tension among the team.
• Handles the termination procedures as per company’s guideline.
• Effectively communicate company policies and procedures to team members, and stall tenant etc.
• Accountable for outlet float money, petty cash and daily sales collection.
• Responsible for ensuring stall tenants’ daily sales received, are correct and being bank in.
• Timely submission of outlet reports.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports to Senior Management.
• Ensure proper cost control on all expenses according to budget.
• Carry out necessary actions against stall tenants and contractors for non-conformance in service, housekeeping and agreements.

• Location: Nicoll Highway
• Working Hours Days & Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
• Salary Budget: $2,500 - $4,500 + Commission

Position Overview:
We are looking for Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with partners, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify Opportunities: Research and identify potential food delivery restaurant partners, business opportunities, and new markets.
• Client Relationships: Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to foster business growth. Work with partners closely to manage partner onboarding and assist with post sales.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and meet revenue targets.
• Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
• Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to refine sales approaches.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and Delivery riders, to align goals and enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in any discipline.
• Experience in business development, sales, or a related role is a plus.
• Prior knowledge of the industry and market trends is a plus.

1. Human Resources Assistance

· Recruit & select staff that meet set expectations and are suited to work in a customer-oriented environment.

· Create good working environment and develop subordinates by identifying areas that needs training and action to support it.

· Orientate and train employees to ensure that each individual has a complete understanding of the company’s policies by using the operations training manual.

· Manage an efficient team of service staff by taking an active interest in their welfare and development.

2. Operational Assistance

· Ensure daily opening and closing duties in the outlet are properly executed.

· Manage, direct and co-ordinate all operation-related activities in a proficient and pleasant method.

· Maintain high level of customer service as per QSC standards.

· Ensure overall store image is maintained and the brand is always well represented at all times.

· Monitor opening and closing duties of the outlet.

· Communicate daily and act as liaison between operations staff

and management.

· Ensure that POS system is operational and accurate at all times.

· Provide co-ordination and services for both kitchen and service.

· Report on time, in proper uniform and grooming.

· Provide suggestion or develop new SOP to improve on operation.

· Execute any other duties as requested by immediate superiors.

3. Financial Assistance

· Achieve Business KPIs set by management.

· Monitor food and stocks wastage in the outlet.

· Managing of daily sales transactions and cash float.

· Monitor handling of vouchers, discount, cash, petty cash and tips in the outlet is adhere to company’s cash handling policy and guidelines.

· Verify & process daily and monthly payroll (Timesheet).

4. Administration Assistance

· Ensure that all the supplies and stocks in the outlet are sufficient for the day to day operations.

· Maintain an attractive and an orderly appearance in the outlet.

· Prepare the daily sales report.

· Monitor proper ordering, receiving, storage procedures are being followed.

5. Promotion Assistance

· Motivate, guide and train the staff in upselling the food and beverage items.

· Attend to guest requests and attend to guest complaints as required.

Ensure that all staff are properly informed on the promotions and information.

Skills

· Possess effective management skills.

· Possess capability to lead, motivate and manage subordinates.

· Good command of spoken English.

· PC literate with knowledge in MS Office.

Education

· Min. Diploma in F&B management or any related fields.

Experience

· At least 3 years of experience in management in Food and Service Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service and support for CCTV and Card Access security systems, ensuring operational reliability and effectiveness.
• Demonstrate proficiency in diagnosing and resolving issues with security systems, leveraging a solid understanding of both practical and theoretical principles.
• Conduct preventive maintenance checks and services to anticipate and prevent system failures, ensuring continuous protection.
• Responsible for the backup of camera images and maintaining the integrity of security systems to prevent any compromise.
• Anticipate potential delays in service response times and make necessary arrangements to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Effectively prioritize daily tasks and support duties to ensure timely completion and high levels of service.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Nitec or Higher Nitec in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or a relevant field.
