Job description

- Oversee financial planning and business performance analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, investment and risk management activities.

- You will ensure the accuracy of financial statements and adhere to corporate reporting timetables. You will also assist in implementation of management and administrative financial systems to provide structure for sustained business growth.

- To ensure compliance with established financial processes, local compliance requirements, financial reporting and review of revenue, expenditures, asset management, tax, management reporting and administration.

Skills and Experience required

ü Conduct regular, in-depth audits of cash floats and petty cash across multiple outlets.

ü Ensure all cash-handling procedures are followed and all discrepancies are immediately addressed.

ü Reconcile daily cash reports, verifying amounts and ensuring proper documentation.

ü Monitor and verify the proper use of petty cash funds, ensuring expenditures are in line with company policies.

Financial Reporting & Documentation:

ü Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow reports for management review.

ü Assist in the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

ü Maintain and update financial records, ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.

Internal Controls & Process Improvement:

ü Work closely with outlet managers to ensure adherence to cash handling policies and improve processes where necessary.

Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in a relevant field.

2. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in demand planning, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics with FMCG background.

3. Bilingual,strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate with all levels of management.

4. Microsoft Navision software knowledge.
