A Food Outlet Manager is a person who serves as the captain of hospitality company staff with goals like providing exceptional customer service. Outlet managers are highly motivated personnel, committed to their superior and have great management and organizational skills. They usually work together with the company’s senior or executive chef and work under the close supervision of a general manager.

Duties of a Food Outlet Manager

· Food Outlet Managers are responsible for company’s outlet performance like personnel management, beverage and foods and other services and operations. They monitor and make sure that there is a smooth running of customer service areas and satisfaction.

· The Food Outlet Manager interacts with their clients in order to make sure that satisfaction and promotion of facilities and services are adequately met. An outlet manager communicates with other departments in order make sure that customers’ needs are satisfied and met. They make sure that good handling of cash is properly followed. They also deal with customer’s complaint and listen with some feedbacks so as to improve their services.

· The manager is responsible in recruiting team professional as well as qualified staff who is dedicated to provide great services. They organize appointments and meetings for staff, change menu and other matters related to their line of work and implement trainings for employees if needed. Outlet managers focus on safety and health standards in order to make sure that their teams have good knowledge on safe working condition.

· The Food Outlet Manager is in-charge of performance and sales of the company and ensures that the company’s profits and goals are met. They take monthly inventories with their supplies and maintain an optimum stock level so as to meet their customer’s demand. They avoid excess and detect waste for optimum profit without affecting the company’s performance.

Responsibilities:

As the Food Safety and Quality Assurance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety, quality, and compliance with ISO22000 for our central kitchen, supermarket counters and trading business under the subsidiary company.

Your key responsibilities include:

1. Compliance Management:

• Oversee and implement food safety and quality management systems in accordance with ISO22000.
• Conduct regular internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal standards.

2. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of all food safety and quality assurance activities.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for management, summarizing key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

3. Training and Development:

• Develop and deliver training programs for operation staff at the central kitchen and supermarket counters on food safety protocols and best practices.
• Keep the team informed about updates in food safety regulations and industry trends.

4. Incident Response:

• Establish and implement effective procedures for handling food safety incidents and product recalls protocols.
• Conduct thorough investigations into any breaches of food safety standards and recommend corrective actions.

5. Supplier and Vendor Management:

• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality and safety of raw materials used in our production processes.
• Evaluate and approve suppliers based on established criteria.

Qualifications:

• Certification in ISO22000.
• Proven experience in food safety and quality assurance, preferably in the sushi and sashimi production industry.
• Strong knowledge of local and international food safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and training skills.

Porsche Singapore is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Service Advisor to serve as the primary contact for our customers and workshop team, delivering exceptional, prompt, and seamless service while ensuring all automotive service and repair needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. The successful candidate will manage the entire service process, from initial customer contact to final vehicle delivery, ensuring that all services align with the brand’s high standards and foster a positive atmosphere that builds trust and ensures customer satisfaction.  

• Handle customer interactions and service consultations by warmly welcoming customers, actively listening to and understanding their concerns, utilising diagnostic tools and software to accurately identify vehicle issues, and providing clear and concise explanations of services, repairs, and maintenance procedures, while also supporting customer enquiries.
• Manage the overall service workflow to ensure efficient service delivery, including scheduling appointments, preparing accurate job orders and cost estimates with necessary services, parts, and labour, closely monitoring progress, proactively updating customers on their vehicle status, and effectively communicating any additional service requirements with both customers and technicians.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional services and products, such as extended warranties, service packages, accessories, special offers, and promotions, to encourage customer adoption and support the achievement of aftersales targets.
• Review completed jobs with technicians to ensure that no details are overlooked and all services meet Porsche and industry standards before vehicle handover, providing a thorough explanation of the completed work to customers to ensure their satisfaction.
• Accurately document all work performed, including parts and labour, to maintain complete repair records, while overseeing the billing process to ensure accurate invoicing.
• Follow up on customer satisfaction surveys and resolve any complaints or issues promptly and effectively, collaborating with various stakeholders and crafting responses to achieve customer satisfaction targets.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technical advancements, industry best practices and service procedures for Porsche vehicles

• Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Residents (SPR) are preferred.
• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor, particularly with a luxury car brand, is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Dealership Management Systems and diagnostic tools.
• Detail-oriented with a positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering a best-in class customer experience.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively interact with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive, self-driven, with a strong learning mindset, Can-Do attitude, and the ability to prioritise and multitask efficiently.
• Possess a Class 3 Driving License with a minimum of 4 years of driving experience
