As an Assistant Manager (Clubhouse Operations), you will report to our Director (Clubhouse).

Responsibilities:

• Assist Director (Clubhouse) in the maintaining the operations of the entire Clubhouse in the following areas :

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS

• Conceptualise and design creative, intuitive and brand-consistent visual assets for both digital and print collaterals such as brochures, print-ads, graphic content for website, social media, email (EDM) communications and other digital platforms

• Ensure minimum wastage, breakage and spoilage
• Upsell to achieve sales and revenue targets
• Oversee cash and stock control consistently according to company policies and SOPs
• Create interesting cocktails and constantly innovate in preparation and presentation.
• Understand the crucial aspect of bar and beverage control.
• Pair food with drinks and make recommendations accordingly.
• Any ad hoc duties as required
• Ensure that food hygiene and safety standards are maintained and comply.
• Report on time, in proper uniform and grooming standard.
