• Technical support to customers, to identify needs and offering post-sales service solutions.
• Address on-site repair and maintenance issues, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems.
• Deliver field feedback to internal teams & assist in product development and improvements
• Manage the procurement of spare parts from Supplier
• Knowledge of UPS, Low Voltage/Medium Voltage Variable Speed Drives, and PLC systems is a plus.
• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering with 2-3 years experience
