Job Scope:

• Assist in requirement gatherings and follow-ups required, assist in UAT and verifications of the enhancements before deployment to production.
• Assist with production testing after patches, deployment of fixes completed (which may be conducted after office hours).
• Assist in reporting system related issues raised by stakeholders and members of public daily, i.e. raise problem logs and follow up with vendor to test after the fixes has been deployed before closing the ticket.
