Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling food and beverage orders and serving guests
• Provide friendly, excellent service to all guests.
• Ensure cleanliness of restaurant
• Ensure compliance with SFA regulations
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management and/or immediate superior

Job Requirements

• No Experience are also welcome
• Candidates who possess a Food Hygiene certificate will have an added advantage
• Team player with a good learning attitude and keen interest to develop professionally in specialty coffee industry
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Self motivated with good people skills
• Willing to work shift hours, weekends and Public Holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline customer service;
• Co-ordinate between workshop and customer, updating of job status;
• Prepare job chit / orders as to customers' need;
• Job progress follow-up and recommendation of any additional jobs required when necessary;
• To provide initiative to ensure smooth and efficient operation;
• Any adhoc duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements

• Minimum NTC/Nitec in Automotive Technology/Mechatronics;
• At least 2 years of experience in automotive industry or related experience;
• Good communication skills.
