The person need not have any prior background in the industry, but must be eager, and able to learn new skills and knowledge. Basic skills are required in communication and use of information technology / computer systems.

Summary:

The Lift Maintenance Manager is responsible for the overall management and supervision of the elevator maintenance department, ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all lift systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Service Operations Management:

• Oversee all aspects of elevator maintenance operations, including preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, emergency repairs, and modernization projects.
• Develop and implement service procedures and work orders to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Manage service contracts, ensuring timely renewals and maximizing customer retention.
  

Team Management:

• Supervise and manage a team of elevator technicians, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• Motivate and mentor the maintenance team to achieve performance goals and enhance their skills.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment that emphasizes safety, teamwork, and customer service.
  

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including building owners, property managers, and end-users.
• Proactively address customer concerns and resolve service issues promptly and effectively.
  Conduct regular customer visits to assess service needs and build rapport.
  

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Front Desk Operational Support

• Maintain & manage a welcoming, organised clinic reception area
• Greet & support patients upon arrival or over the phone
• Handle enquiries via phone calls/Whatsapp/Email/Walk-in
• Manage appointment bookings, follow up calls, cancellations through all platforms and ensure adequate time between appointments for doctors
• Ensure data entry accuracy into booking system
• Patient registration & billing
• Key in sales of dental products
• Manage pantry & serve beverage to patients
• Monitor toilets to ensure cleanliness

Administrative duties

• Maintain accurate up-to-date patients’ information and compliance with PDPA regulations

• Prepare documents and submit dental claims via insurance, CHAS, Medisave portals
• Assist in sending, monitoring & receiving cases sent to the dental lab
• Perform additional tasks as needed by clinic manager or doctors

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level / 'O' Level / ITE
• Fluent in English (Malay/Mandarin is a plus)

As a Services Engineer, you will work within the Services operations team in Singapore and you will be responsible to support any job assign to you to ensure customer satisfaction with Schneider products and its services.

What will you do?

• Perform field service (customer site service) activities involving the installation supervision, commissioning, maintaining, modification, onsite training, system upgrade and repair of Schneider PLC.
