Requirements

· Has in-depth knowledge of refrigeration cycle theory, line components, circuit flushing, refrigerant recovery, pressure testing and vacuuming

· Has in-depth knowledge of electrical circuit diagram and HVAC Controls (Electrical and PLC)

· Good written and verbal communication and coaching skills

· Good analytical skills

· Able to work long hours under hot and humid conditions due to exigency of work on board vessels and in shipyards

Primary Relationships

Role Description

The Customer Service Executives assist our team of Real Estate Consultants by answering inbound enquiries, qualifying buyers, and coordinating viewings.
