• Oversee visitor access and control access cards.
• Provide related service of staff on board & resign procedures on FM scope.
• Coordinate meeting room reservations, setup turnover and necessary support.
• Logistic support in relation to Event Management & Public Relations activities.
• Alternate rotation to assist in Mailroom duties when required.
• Handle daily orders for consumables and manage hotel reservations.
• Offer employee welfare support.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-year experience of working at the Front of House within a Corporate or Hotel environment
