RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform service & repair work on customer site for battery & charger
• Provides on-site technical assistance to help troubleshoot and repair equipment
• In charge of the delivery of batteries & chargers
• Preparation/maintenance of Motive Power batteries as per company SOP
• Packing/loading/delivery of batteries/chargers according to schedule
• All other activities required by superiors

The service technician shall possess the following competence:

• Simple inventory management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks & able to adhere to company SOPs
• Able to carry out tasks professionally and keep to the delivery & service schedule

• Candidate must possess at least an "O" Level or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Must possess a Class 3 driving license. A forklift license is preferable but not a must.

Job Summary

Duties and Responsibilities

▪ Play a part in providing high standards of service and creating amazing dining experiences for our guests

▪ Prepare the restaurant for service - table settings, top-up of condiments/service stations, and other preparatory tasks.

▪ Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner.

▪ Be well-versed in the restaurant’s menu.

▪ Assist guests with the menu and provide recommendations.

▪ Serve guests with their food and beverage orders

▪ Be able to anticipate guest’s needs and preferences and render timely service.

▪ Clear and clean tables after guests have finished dining.

▪ Carry out daily general cleaning duties which include, but are not limited to,

- Sweeping and mopping of floors

- Tidying up of service stations

- Trash disposal

- Washing and cleaning of serve/glassware

▪ Execute initiatives set to make sure the dining space is clean and tidy, exceeding expectations set under the Government and Company’s food safety and hygiene standards.

Salary Package:
