Job details:

1. Responsible to plan, organise, track and maintain machinery repair activities and developing preventive/predictive maintenance procedures.

2. Maintaining an internal record of the maintenance of equipment

3. Ability to spot potential issues and act quickly on serious problems

4. Respond to emergency calls for maintenance; Manage the set up and take down of different events. Perform troubleshooting to solve minor repair issues.

5. A good understanding of maintenance machinery and equipment

6. Liaise internally (ops & workshop team) to arrange for servicing

7. Establish, implement, train, and monitor maintenance guidelines.

8. Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ordering and restocking as necessary.

9. Any other duties as assigned.

10. A good written and verbal communication skills is added advantage.

Requirements:

- ITE certificate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

- min 2 years of experience in servicing and maintaining heavy machineries, with specific expertise in mobile equipment preferred.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

- Good communication skills

- PC literate in MS applications and proficient in spoken and written English

Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule maintenance activities for chiller systems, ensuring proper follow-up on maintenance tasks and actions.
• Verify that all maintenance work adheres to prescribed checklists and schedules.
• Oversee the testing, commissioning, and fine-tuning of new chillers with minimal supervision, including coordinating on-site project execution, witnessing Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), and conducting Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) to meet target performance conditions.
• Interpret as-built documents, schematic drawings, and technical materials, as well as analyze chiller operating data to identify and address any issues.
• Manage on-site chiller overhaul and repair activities, supervising subcontractors to ensure high service quality and adherence to timelines.
• Prepare detailed service reports for each service assignment.
• Address customer concerns regarding service issues by providing prompt and effective technical solutions for chillers, along with recommendations for preventive measures.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure safety procedures are followed during all service and repair tasks.
• Ensure that all work is performed safely and in compliance with established safety protocols.

Requirements

• Minimum ITE Certificate with Merit in Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Able to guide and troubleshoot HVAC faults especially modular screw chillers,
  centrifugal chillers and absorption chillers.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written as well as preparing
  service reports.
• Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behavior.
• Short term working at overseas maybe required.

This role is one of very few positions that are primed to directly influence the guest experience. You'll be in charge of:

• Prepare the restaurant for opening and closing
• Dress the tables with the correct number of place settings, including crockery, silverware, glasses, and napkins.
• Maintain restaurant's overall cleanliness at all times
• Readily stand by at the pass, pick up dishes which are ready to be presented to the guest
• The ability to explain the ingredients used and/or methods on how to enjoy the dish when presenting the dish to the guest
• Proactive and able to anticipate guests' needs.
• Assisting station-in-charge to ensure that all guests’ needs are met, and to detail tables in between courses.
• Refresh the table with finesse once guests have finished their starters and main course (each course)
• Other additional task includes setting up and breaking down tables, restocking supplies, using the glassware dishwasher and other cleaning duties
