Job Responsibilities:

• Open Service RMA/IRMA for incoming jobs.
• Follow up and respond to customer inquiries.
• Monitor and follow up on the status of overseas work.
• Raise purchase orders for service parts and third-party services.
• Coordinate the setup of retail POP/POSM with key retailers, collaborating with stakeholders such as licensors, licensees, retailers, PLS commercial, and the BA team to ensure significant brand and product visibility

Job Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in purchase orders and customer service.
• Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or ERP systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities :

• Be responsible for Operations of our ServiceNow Platforms, accordingly to our global operation rules / processes: This includes: Incident management, Platform Upgrades, Release Management, Health checks, Security Checks.
• Ensure proper Platform Administration and admin requests OLA fulfillment.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues and errors within the ServiceNow platform.
• Weekly report to our Global Operation Group leader
