1. Billing and Accounts
2. Create/Handle Social media marketing
3. Fluent in English/Tamil/Mandarin/Malay (atleast 2 combinations Mandatory) to handle customer service
4. Food safety course from SFA is mandatory
5. Knowledge in Microsoft word and Excel (Certification will be added advantage)
6. Nutrition certificate will be added advantage
7. Day to day Operations and management
8. Human resources management
9. Maintain inventory and stocks (Supplier managment)
10. Fixing the menu for the day and arrange the stocks accordingly in advance
11. Should be ready for extended hours
12. 12-14 hours Shift is required (9:00 AM TO 10:30 PM)
13. Weekly off will be on Tuesday OR Thursday only
14. Maintain high standards of hygiene
