• Initiate improvement and promptly inform superior for any. quality defects and process deviation to ensure optimal production
• ⁠Monitor production schedule and daily output
• Perform material usage, labor hours usage and production confirmation in SAP
• Monitor production staff attendance and overtime hours
• Provide supervision and motivation to operation staffs and addressing disciplinary issues when arises
• Provide back up support to maintenance team in equipment troubleshooting
• Assist in training operators in automation control process

What we're looking for

• 3-5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or Team Leader in a FMCG/Beverage manufacturing environment
• Strong working knowledge of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address production challenges effectively
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, providing coaching and performance feedback
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred

• Oversee the assigned retail store daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, service standards and cost-effective management of resources
• To create, update and audit the retail store SOP and ensure that the SOP is observed consistently by the team
• Provide necessary guidance & consultation on incoming stocks and conduct regular stock check to ensure the consistency of all products
• Manage, groom and motivate the team to foster continuous improvement - To assist in staff recruitment selection, on job training, performance management & disciplinary/dismissal issues as required
