Assist to coordinate the development, interpretation and implementation of hotel policies, operating procedures and training programs, manuals, directives, menus, work schedules, rules and regulations for the food and beverage staff.

· Analyze daily reports to check irregularities.

· Proficient with the standards set by the Hotel.

· Conduct random checks to ensure that all standards are being consistently followed in the F&B Division.

· Maintain up-to-date records on food and beverage staff grooming standards, attendance, standards, work and vacation schedules, labor costs, payroll, absenteeism, turnover and disciplinary action.

· Coordinate the selection, purchasing, storage, inventory, maintenance and usage of all related food and beverage supplies and equipment.

· Handle all guest complaints in the food and beverage area and be responsible for obtaining maximum results in the utilization and appearance of the food and beverage areas, the quality levels, performance and standards of service and develop new techniques of service towards maximum guest satisfaction at minimum operating costs.

· Maintain current prices and approved purveyors listed based on quality, service and cost of all related food and beverage items for requisition purposes, store inventories, cost control procedures and forecasts.

· Work closely with local, state and governmental organizations in maintaining highest standards of health, sanitation and cleanliness in food and beverage areas.

· To provide the necessary training to their staff.

· Develop new and analyze existing procedures and special promotions that will improve guest loyalty under the guidelines of the Hotel policies.

· Develop and maintain effective communications between all operating departments.

· Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by Director, Food & Beverage.

Conduct daily F&B Meeting to discuss guests in house & arrival, F&B revenue updates, operational challenges and ways to improve.

1. Cook food for staff and students according to the HPB & ECDA guidelines

2. Clean kitchen and general areas

2. Supervise the kitchen staff.

3. Shift working hours (6am to 1pm & 5pm to 7pm daily) .

4. Should have at least 6 years working experience

7. Must be physically fit as there is a need to carry things up and down the staircase.

9. Must posses own vehicle as working in multiple locations (Jurong west, Tampines, Sengkang and Punggol

10. Degree qualification

• Complete tasks assigned by the Manager accurately and efficiently.
• Responsible for opening and closing.
• Ensure smooth daily operations with compliance to hygiene and safety standards.
• Manage duties such as stock take, administration and training.
• Assist in handling cash flow and cashier.
• Serving food and beverage with pleasant and efficient service to customers.
• Suggest and recommend menu choice to customers.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Studies / Hospitality / Culinary or related studies.
• Preferably with F&B experience.
• Take pride in customer service and able to perform in a team.
• Able to lead, manage and motivate the team.
• Willingness to work in a fast pace environment, weekend and public holiday.
• Able to work 6 working days per week.
• Customer service oriented and able to communicate with all level.

Job Requirements

· Minimum 5 year FnB Food manufactuting experience.

1. Assist in Production to engage approved suppliers to purchase raw materials in a timely manner. Experience in rasiing supplier POs.

2. Adopt Company policy and guidelines to qualify new suppliers based on cost vs quality

3. Manage , do stock take of product inventory and control days aging.

4. Monitor and ensure food production costs are within the company guidelines

5. Assist to print production labels for the packing department.

1. Must be good with numbers and xcel spreadsheet

2. Min 1 of 2 years experience in a manufacturing / production environment, preferably in the food industry.
