Primary Objective(s) of Position

• Complaint Management: Handle player complaints in a timely and professional manner, demonstrating empathy while investigating issues and providing appropriate resolutions to ensure player satisfaction.
• Feedback Consolidation: Collect, organize, and analyse player feedback and suggestions. This involves categorizing feedback based on common themes, prioritizing feature requests, and relaying insights to relevant teams, such as development or marketing.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of player interactions, feedback, and resolutions. Utilize this information to identify trends, evaluate the effectiveness of support efforts, and contribute to informed decision-making processes.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in gaming or technology-related environments.

Work Schedules:

• 4 Weekdays + 1 Weekend ( 5 day work week)
• 9.30am - 6.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet parents and children and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist with registration and check-ins for classes and events.
• Respond promptly to parents’ inquiries in person, via phone regarding class schedules, programs, and other centre-related information.
• Manage and update class bookings and attendance records.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and maintaining accurate records.
• Support the team in managing the reception area and ensuring it is clean and organized.
• Address and resolve minor complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Provide information about ongoing promotions and upcoming events.
• Ensure a smooth flow of operations during peak hours, including guiding parents and children to designated areas.

-Monitor equipment/shipment movement from one port to another port

-Check and verify shipping details on documents

-Filling of all relevant paperwork and documents requirement

• Prepare tables for meals, including set-up of items such as linen, silverware and glassware.

• Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverage; adhering to licensing/liquor regulations.
• Ensure workstation is stocked with appropriate condiments at all time.
