In this job, you will:

• Make wraps, assemble daily bowls to company’s established standards of quality, safety and hygiene
• Perform light-cooking such as boiling, making side dishes and sauces
• Prepare raw food ingredient such as meat, poultry and vegetables
• Carry out food preparation processes including thawing, washing, cutting, marinating, portioning food ingredients, according to standard operating procedures (SOP)

Job Description:

• Handles daily maintenance of room inventory status to achieve optimal levels of revenues while maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction
• Anticipate guest needs through observation and offer prompt, efficient service either personally or through effective communication with other departments
• Coordinates with Security with regards to any criminal act within the Hotel or suspicious guests
• Work with relevant departments on vouchers, billing instructions, rebates, deposits to ensure no bad debts, skippers, untraceable charges and allowances.
• Coordinate and take charge of any emergency while higher Management is not on duty in hotel premises. Supervises and executes required emergency procedures in the events of fire, power failure and other emergency situations
• Ensure that pre-check in procedures are effectively carried out according to standard operating procedures
• Deal with guests’ enquiries, problems and complaints promptly, efficiently and courteously to the satisfaction of guests and interest of the Hotel
• Manages lobby guest flow effectively to ensure that there is no congestion, jumping in to assist where needed.

Role Description

We are hiring for the position of Customer Service & Operation Specialist.

Oversee the operational and logistics needs for Singapore and Malaysia business with hands-on proactive management of Inventory and supply chain stakeholders to enhance efficiencies

and drive synergies.

Job Requirements

- Manage inventory for the hearing aid distribution business in Singapore and Malaysia.

- Responsible for accurate inventory forecast planning for all stock and marketing material.

- Follow-up on supply and product availability issues with supplier.

- EOL (End Of Life) SKU planning and execution

- New product launch operational planning

- Quarterly inventory stocktaking

- Order processing and delivery to Singapore hospitals, retail clinics and suppliers.

- Coordination with customers, production, lab technician and suppliers.

- Handling returns, replacements and repairs of hearing Aids.

- Managing customers' inquiries, complaints or feedback.

- Obtaining & evaluating all relevant information to manage inquiries and complaints.

- Escalating issues of commercial sensitivity including trends

- Monitor customer interactions & transactions to ensure completion of actions and closure.

- Record details of inquiries, interactions, comments & complaints & actions taken in the Customer Relations Management system

- Engage with stakeholders of the organization in the achievement of team KPls.

Qualifications

- At least 3 years experience in customer service.

- At Least 3 years experience in inventory management.

- Passion in offering the highest level of customer care and support to partners.

- Process-oriented with a track record of completing tasks in a structured and orderly manner.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities :

• Handle systems relating to shopper management and assist in mall inspection
• Assist in tenant relation matters (E.g. Facilitate tenant’s request and issuance of mall communication materials)
• Provide assistance and general information to shoppers at the Concierge Desk
• Handle the administrative and clerical work relating to the events and promotions at the mall
• Handle mall redemption programs such as vouchers, premiums, and parking
• Assist in customer reward programs including educating tenants on the voucher program
• Assist in collating tenants’ gift voucher reimbursement.
• Assist in events at the mall, especially weekends, whenever necessary.
• Handling and administering Lost & Found items
• Answering incoming phone lines and email enquires
• Assist with assigned administrative duties
• Prepare monthly duty roster and ensure efficient allocation of manpower.

Requirement:

• Diploma in Marketing or a related field
• At least 1 year of proven marketing communications experience in the retail / mall industry.
