JOB PURPOSE:

Supervise a team of Front Office Agents to ensure that all front of house and guests services processes are handled in accordance with prescribed service standards and policies to achieve maximum guests’ satisfaction.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Plan and roster the Front Office Agents shift.

2. Follows policy and procedures with regards to guest handling and service processes to ensure the welfare of guest and property.

Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and activating room key. Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit. 1.Provide First Call Resolution (FCR) technical support via phone and email. Ensure calls are answered and emails are responded in a timely manner.

2.Perform first level troubleshooting on all reported incidents and escalate incidents to 2nd level resolver groups as per work instructions.

3.Furnish and submit timely updates to customers on the status of outstanding issues within targeted Service Level

4.Maintain ownership of cases and follow-up on reported issues until closure and gather accurate and complete relevant information is recorded.

5.Manage customer expectations and notify Team Lead in the event of unusual surge in calls of a specific nature.

6.Handle initial classification/ prioritization of the incidents. Track the progress of resolution and provide regular updates for follow-up actions and incident status.

Responsibilities:

• Overall responsible for the support to customers, execution of Standard Operating Procedures related to ITIL Processes such as Incident Management, Event Management and Request Fulfillment
• Manage Major Incidents including management of customer & internal communications, management of internal and external communication bridges with our top-tier customers and escalations up to leadership level.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams to facilitate timely incident resolution and request fulfillment.
• Invoke and manage crisis and security management processes.

Requirements:
