• To assist in dealing with client queries on City Ledger account and handle all credit card inquires
• To check all invoices collected are reflected correctly in the Daily City Ledger Report & in the Opera system

YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Finalizes food cover report and photocopies various documentation for food and beverage control and the Finance Department
• Controls dockets used in all outlets, maintaining correct sequence used at all times, accounting for dockets and making sure cancelled dockets are recorded accordingly
• Controls all food and beverage sales by:
• Correct recording of guest checks on a timely basis
• Performs spot checks on outlet checks used
• Having all voided checks, corrections and unsettled checks approved by the Restaurant Supervisor or Manager
• Monitors the buffet controls, especially over cash settled checks to prevent reuse ensuring all revenue is recorded
• Ensure banquet controls are being adhered to
• Reconciles total outlet sales to total charges
• Ensures all rebates and miscellaneous charges are supported by documentation detailing the charges. All rebate credits must be in accordance with Finance Policy. The rebate credits, miscellaneous charges and paid outs must be summarized and sent to the Finance Manager and General Manager for review daily
• Audits daily collection of the General Cashiers Summary against the bank in slip
• Reconciles revenues on a daily basis via back up page
• Audits and reconciles advance payments and ensures payments have been applied
• Keys revenue journal and distributes to Outlet Mangers and management
• Works with General Cashier to check all float totals regularly and keeps control on registers in outlets

Job Summary

Position: Training Officer (Day Activity Centre)

To plan, teach, train, supervise, maintain and develop members to function adequately and independently in the areas of Activities of Daily Living, Community Living, Social and Recreational Skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, coordinate, and implement planned daily programme and its activities
• Daily supervision, assisting and monitoring members in the various activities both outside or within the centre, and ensuring safety of all members and volunteers
• Purchase and preparation of daily tea breaks and lunch for members and volunteers
• Support and evaluate growth of members and to plan appropriate development plans for members based on their needs and abilities with inputs from internal stakeholders as well as to develop programmes to support the member in his/her achievement of PDP (personal development plan)
• Assess new members on their trial, identify their needs and potential, and to write post trial evaluation report
• Carry out behaviour support plans
• Work with member’s families as required and to keep them updated regarding their child / ward progress
• Work with and train volunteers to better assist and engage members in their development
• Maintain administrative work such as daily attendance taking, records of daily programmes, temperature taking, monthly centre report, incident reports, etc.
• Any other duties as assigned

Qualification:

· Minimum O Levels/ Diploma Holders

Knowledge & Experience

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

· Computer literacy skills – MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Ability to plan and meet deadlines

Job Description & Requirements

• To carry out the supervision of Soil Investigation works.
• To keep and maintain site record on progress of works, instructions given to contractors,materials delivered to site, daily activities and weather conditions at site, number of workers and visitors at site and any other significant information.
• To supervise and keep records of day works.
• To attend site / co-ordination meeting as directed.
• To assist in enforcing the safety requirements.
• To comply with Authority’s appointed consultants’ Quality Assurance Procedure for construction works.
• To carry out site supervision and inspection of the works including any off-site manufacturing as instructed by the Authority’s appointed consultants to ensure that the works are constructed to required quality and accuracy.
• To monitor progress of the works on site and at any off-site manufacturing facilities and report delays immediately.

Requirements:

• Registered as Resident Technical Officer with BCA/IES/ACES;
• Minimum Three (3) years of relevant experience in projects similar in nature to the projects
