Contract Period:

Deployment:

• Mondays to Fridays: 6:30am to 4:00pm, inclusive of one (1) hour lunch break

Scope of Works:

• To provide support in general upkeep of equipment and workplace;
• To provide logistical support for school events and functions including arranging of furniture and equipment;
• To perform gate duties and traffic control to ensure safety of students moving in and out of the school premises

Requirement:

• Completed primary school education and preferably have some experience in general upkeeping of equipment/workplace, logistic or general operations support;
• Preferably be able to converse in English or Mandarin;
• Able to provide logistical support including arranging of furniture and equipment;
• Able to take instructions and duties assign by supervisor.

Provide recruitment support for all levels of staff including:

• Job advertisement posting;
• Screening resumes to determine which candidates meet the minimum requirements;
• Conducting interviews to narrow the number of potential candidates who will be interviewed by the hiring Director;

• Schedule interviews for hiring Director via online or face to face.

Requirements:

• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Human Resources or equivalent;

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain food safety management systems such as Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP).
• Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive hygiene and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards set by SFA, MUIS, MOM, JTC and other relevant authorities.
• Conduct routine inspections of the kitchen and food preparation areas onsite & offsite.
• Identify potential food safety hazards and assess risks in the food preparation and storage processes.
• Implement corrective actions training and safe kitchen practices and preventive measures to enhance overall food safety performance.
• Ensure that suppliers adhere to food safety standards and conduct regular audits of suppliers
• Oversee and updates of the Quality Management System and SOPs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory changes.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and proper retention of all quality assurance records, documents, and files as per regulatory and company policies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory inspections and audits by SFA, MUIS, HACCP and ISO, maintaining thorough documentation and records to demonstrate compliance with hygiene standards.
• Assist in lab test sampling collection and schedule
• Provide assistant in any ad hoc assignment if any

Job Requirements:

• Possess SFA food hygiene officer certificate level 1,2,3) and FSMS.
• Educational Qualifications: NITEC Certificate (or equivalent) in Food Science-related fields with a focus on food safety.
• Well experienced in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Food Safety within the F&B or catering industry.
• Knowledge of Singapore’s food safety regulations and standards (HACCP, ISO, SFA guidelines).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure compliance with food safety protocols.
• Good communication skills to educate and train team members on food safety practices.
