Work location: Ang Mo Kio (5 days work week)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare sales documents, loan applications documents & insurance documents with accuracy
• Check bank transactions & update instalment payments
• Send reminders to hires for outstanding payments
• Liaise with banks, hirers, workshops & other relevant parties
• Maintain proper filing system & ensure documents are in good order
• Data entry of information into the system
• Provide administrative & coordination support to the department
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess at least "O" Level certification
• Fluent in English & preferably in Mandarin
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Candidate should be keen to learn, meticulous, self-motivated & comfortable working with numbers

Job Scope

• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide advisory services to internal stakeholders and customers relating to compliance and audit matters.
• Carry out internal audits and participate in annual external audits.
• Develop, review and implement policies and procedures, and review of existing practices and controls, in accordance to regulatory requirements and updates.
• Conduct talks and training to customers on new compliance developments, requirements, and best practices.
• Development of solution proposals for customers based on the company’s current product offerings and capabilities, and customers’ compliance requirements.
• Perform effective and efficient communication with clients for requirements collection in different aspects.
• Take an active role in the fulfilment of company’s long-term compliance and business development goals.

• Independent self-starter with ability to work within a team.
• No IT knowledge required. (Training will be provided.)
• General administrative experience in the small-medium enterprise environment will be a plus bonus.
