Looking for Executive Admin Officer for our Hire Purchase Department.
Work location: Ang Mo Kio (5 days work week)
Responsibilities:
· Prepare sales documents
· Liaise with banks, hirers, workshops & other partners
· Ensure documentations are correct and in good order
· Data entry
· Prepare and submit insurance & loan applications where necessary
· Organize, store and print company documents as needed
· Provide administrative & coordination support to the department
· Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least Secondary / ”O” Level / Professional Certificate / NiTEC
· Required language(s): English
· Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
· Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
· Candidates must be work driver, motivated & keen to learn
