The Guest Relations Manager is a key member of the Rooms Management Team, overseeing the hotel lobby and ensuring a pleasant arrival/departure experience. As the first and last impression of the hotel, this high-profile role carries significant responsibility.

As the Guest Relations Manager, you will oversee and mentor a dedicated team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences. The Management Assistant Officer will be primarily responsible for assisting in the administration of the scholarships and bursaries offered at NUS College.
