Job Descriptions:

• Report directly to Branch Manager
• Follow up on customer request, appointment, enquires, call, complaints and confirmation promptly
• To make cold call and any new leads call provided by the company
• Re-confirm customer’s appointment a day before their treatment
• To follow-up service call to customer after treatment (three days)
• Responsible to deliver and provide Quality Services
• Daily data entry for customers, staff and print report for compilation
• To ensure the cleanliness standards at reception area
• Issuing of invoices and service rendering
• Generation of daily reports

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ experience in beauty spa environment and services

The purpose of this position is to be part of our retail client’s security team, contributing to the overall security of our premises, goods, and staff. This role will be based in one of our Singapore stores.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Access control of the store, welcoming customers and filtering entries.
• Routine inspection of premises and surroundings.
• General surveillance within the premises.
• Escorting products and people as required.

Qualifications / Education Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in full-time security and/or safety management, or solid experience in the armed forces.
• Experience in physical security operations.
• Extensive understanding of applicable regulatory requirements, including the systems approach to safety and risk management.
• Experience in executive protection, including protection surveys and advance preparations.
• Detailed knowledge of local security requirements, procedures, and practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work on shift.
• Holder of a valid Security Personnel Permit.
