Position: Service Desk Agent (Staggered Shift) (Urgent! ASAP)

Basic Salary: $2600~$2800
Additional Fixed Allowances: $50Mon - Fri: 8am~6pm (Shift A - DAY）
Mon - Fri: 1pm~10pm (Shift B - EVENING）
Sat: 8.30am~1pm (Fixed HALF DAY）
Location: UPPER CHANGI (EAST)

Talent Competency Wise
• At Least 1 Year & or Onwards Experience in Service Desk / Help Desk Environment.

• Willing to Work Staggered Shifts. (Eg: Mon- Fri 8am~6pm or 8.30am~1pm & Saturday 8.30am-1pm)

• Relevant Technical IT Expertise & Skills. (Eg: Latest Windows, Linux & MAC OS as Highly Preferred)

• Good Telephony Skills. (Eg: Communications Skills, Phone Etiquette, Call Management - Manners)

• Good Problem Solving & Interpersonal Skills (Eg: Self-Awareness, Self-Control, and Motivated in Customer Handling).

• Possess Good Bilingual Communication. (Written & Oral) (Eg: 7~10/10 Smooth Proficiency).

• Demonstrate Proactiveness (Eg: Being Initiative, Tactful Handling & Willingness to Serve)

JobScopes Duty Wise

Provide 1st Level Technical Support to Users Over Phone, Addressing Technical Issue or Via Remote Assistance Tool & Emails.
Escalation, Tracking & Resolution of All Incident/Service Requests/Problems Via Professional & Timely Manner.
Maybe Required to Cover On-Site IT Support & If/When Necessary.
Ad-Hoc Administrations When Required.

Job Description

• Position Title: HR cum Admin Officer / HR Administrator
• Working Location: Pasir Ris
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 8 AM-5.45 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the complete payroll process for about 40 employees, including annual tax submissions and tax clearances for departing staff.
• Take charge of and submit required government-related documents and transactions, including work pass processes, labor surveys, foreign worker levy exemptions, and various licenses.
• Compile and prepare HR-related paperwork.
• Serve as point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
• Oversee the entire hiring process from advertising job openings to welcoming new employees.
• Handle the administration of insurance policies and process claims.
• Communicate with and manage vendors and tenants regarding office and building upkeep.
• Offer administrative support focused on staff welfare and workplace safety.
• Organize and coordinate travel plans for staff.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
