Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome Customers as soon as they arrive at the Salon
Direct Customer to the appropriate Consultant/Beautician
Answering phone calls
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary material
Update calendars and schedule appointments
Handle POS, and cashiering duties, manage and keep proper records of daily payments received
Ensure all customers’ issues reported are resolved effectively and promptly
Deliver personalised service over the telephone to customers in an effective and efficient manner
Ability to understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention
Identify cross-sell opportunities during customer interaction
Consistently deliver excellent quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction
Ensure all customers’ issues reported are resolved effectively and promptly

Requirements:
Relevant customer service experience
Able to work on weekends and retail hours according to roster-ed shift
Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate well and work with people across different levels
Ability to multi-task & prioritize according to situations
Pleasant disposition & energy to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Committed, reliable & takes pride in work
Bilingual, able to speak in Mandarin to handle queries and feedback from Chinese-speaking customers is preferred
