Procurement officers are responsible for evaluating suppliers, products, and services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that approved purchases are cost-efficient and of high quality.

• Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
• Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
• Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
• Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
• Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Administration
• At least 1 years of relevant working experience in fulfilment and logistics role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

• To ensure the provision of prompt and accurate clarifications to customer queries.
• To ensure that feedback and complaints are followed-up appropriately.
• To ensure 90% of the applications are processed within five working days.
• To ensure that only applicants, who fulfil the relevant criteria, are considered for licences.
• To ensure that all queries are replied within five working days.
• To ensure that all records can be retrieved quickly upon request; and
• Make outgoing calls in reply or in response to callers who leave their numbers and request that operators call them back.
• The job holder is required to possess sound knowledge of the legislations, doctrines, policies and guidelines relevant to the licensing regimes. The job holder also has to keep updated of any changes to the legislations, doctrines, policies and guidelines to ensure that no licence applications are wrongly approved or rejected.
• the job holder is responsible for managing customers’ queries and feedback.
• The job holder has to scrutinise the results of the various screening records in deciding on the recommendations on whether to approve or reject the licence applications.
• The job holder has to analyse the applications and documents submitted to make recommendations to the relevant supervisor to approve or reject the licence applications.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Job Purpose:
The person will conduct agency reviews and trend analysis to identify potential gaps and areas for improvement, and implement enhanced framework for the distribution reps so that they can conduct proper sales advisory processes for their policyholders and provide them with quality advice and suitable recommendations.

The Job:
• Provide support for day-to-day operations by assisting in the team’s functions
• Assist in monitoring competency standards required of supervisors and representatives to ensure alignment with regulatory and industry guidelines
• Ensure timely reviews and follow up with representatives on cases triggered by Company
approved monitoring system, and information via other sources reported to the department
• Assist in developing and implementing communication plans on competency standards
• Engage and coach representatives and supervisors in areas of sales activity, quality of sales / sales management, and training needs as and when required
• Perform trend analysis to detect potential sales advisory and market conduct risks
• Address all queries and concerns from various internal and external stakeholders
• Assist in the execution of special projects / initiatives
• Updating of SOPs and internal guidelines when required
• Perform other work as required to meet business needs
• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes
appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
• Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
• Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

Requirements:
• Degree holder and above in related discipline (Banking/ Business/ Finances/ Accounting)
preferred
• 1-2 years of compliance / audit experience in Financial Services or insurance industry would be an added advantage
• CMFAS qualification (M5, M9, M9A and HI) would be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
• Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
• Meticulous, professional, able to work well independently and as a team
• Committed and able to interact well with all levels of staff
• Proficient in oral and written English

SUMMARY:

The 1st level remote support is required to provide 1st level troubleshooting to users’ queries/incidents received

Responsibilities:

• Provide First Call Resolution (FCR) technical support via phone and email. Ensure calls are answered and emails are responded promptly
• Perform first level troubleshooting on all reported incidents and escalate incidents to 2nd level resolver groups as per work instructions
• Furnish and submit timely updates to customers on the status of outstanding issues within the targeted Service Level
• Maintain ownership of cases and follow-up on reported issues until closure and gather accurate and complete relevant information is recorded.
• Manage customer expectations and notify the Team Lead in the event of unusual surge in calls of a specific nature
• Handle initial classification/prioritization of the incidents. Track the progress of resolution and provide regular updates for follow up actions and incident status.

Requirements:

• Diploma in IT-related fields
• Minimum 1-year End-User Support Experience, Desktop or Technical Service Desk.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory Account Administration, MS Outlook, and mobile device support

Core Rotating 8.5hr staggered

• Monday to Friday: 8.5hrs

  2. Night Shift: 10.30PM – 08.00AM with night snack/supper break
