Job Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to email promptly.
• Collect payment and issue receipts.
• Collect donation (Gifts & Cash).
• Prepare client case file (New Admission).
• Transfer client documents from case file to discharge file (Discharge).
• Data Entry into required portals for admission and discharge of clients.
• To received stationeries form from relevant stakeholders with their HOD approval to send for overall approval.
• Liaise with Procurement to source for quotation.
• Liaise with vendors for client's related services.

• Assist to apply leave and medical claims for staffs in E-Portal.

• Ensure all the cleaning documents and checklist are filled up.

Requirement

• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written), strong organizational skills and detail-oriented

3. Technical Proficiency:Familiarity with office software (like Microsoft Office Suite and email systems) is essential.
   
4. Teamwork and Collaboration:

• Working well with others is essential since the front desk often interacts with various departments. Being a reliable team player and effectively communicating across departments ensures smooth coordination.
